Refund policy
At KstyleON.com, we are committed to providing high-quality Korean beauty products to our global retail partners. Due to the nature of international wholesale and cosmetic products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
- As all orders are made-to-order and handled through international wholesale channels, returns or cancellations due to change of mind are not accepted once the initial payment has been made.
- Please confirm product specifications, quantities, and details before placing your order.
2. Eligible Returns (Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items Only)
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Products were damaged during shipment
- tems are defective or expired
- Items shipped were significantly different from the order (wrong product or quantity)
3. Return Request Procedure
To request a return:
- Contact our customer service within 3 business days of receiving the goods via email: wholesale@KstyleON.com.
- Include the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- After review, we will confirm whether the return is approved and provide further instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Conditions
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, tested, or altered in any way.
- All returned products must be shipped back to our facility in South Korea, unless otherwise instructed.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a credit.
- If the return is not due to our error, shipping costs are not refundable, and the buyer must cover the return shipping.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
- In some cases, a store credit or product replacement may be offered instead of a cash refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that were customized or labeled for your business
- Products that were used, opened, or tampered with
- Delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery issues in the destination country
