At KstyleON.com, we deliver authentic Korean beauty products globally from our base in South Korea. As a B2B wholesale platform, our logistics process is optimized for bulk, made-to-order transactions and transparent payment terms.

1. Shipping Origin

All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in South Korea, using trusted international logistics partners to ensure fast, safe, and trackable delivery.

2. Order Process & Order Processing Time

Our fulfillment process is structured as follows:

1. Order Placement & Initial Payment (50%) – Upon order confirmation, 50% of the total invoice is required to initiate processing.
2. Order Processing Time (2–4 Weeks) – After payment, most orders require 2 to 4 weeks of processing time for production, packaging, and consolidation. – Custom or large-volume orders may require additional time; we will notify you accordingly.
3. Final Payment (Remaining 50%) + Shipping Fee – Once your order is ready to ship, we will issue the final invoice. – Shipping will commence only after the remaining 50% and shipping cost are fully paid.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Once the order processing is complete and full payment is received, we ship using one or more of the following global carriers:

• DHL
• FedEx
• UPS
• EMS (Korea Post)
• Freight Forwarders (for pallet or bulk cargo)

We select the most efficient and cost-effective option unless you request otherwise.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, volume, and chosen shipping method.
• or wholesale orders, we provide a custom shipping quote before final payment.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or local import charges, depending on your country’s policies.
• These costs are not included in our pricing and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We supply all required export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, and MSDS (if needed).

8. Delivery Issues

• Please inspect all shipments upon arrival.
• Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days with photos and a description.
• Undeliverable or refused shipments will result in additional re-shipping and handling charges at the buyer’s expense.
